A very nice B&B ! Hattie and her family make you feel right at home. Great location to the center of town with shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were cozy and comfy! The breakfasts were just right, just enough to fill you until lunch and good cooking with some homemade bakery items and fresh fruit. The frig is stocked with water,fruit juices and yogarts, coffee and tea is available whenever you want it. The front porch was very nice to sit and chat with friends. Nice looking firepit area behind the house.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our recent 3 night stay at the Holland House. Hattie was a great host, and we enjoyed the breakfast (especially her scones!) and were very pleased with the comfortable room and the great location in the center of Berlin. It was a perfect spot for us to stay as we explored the Eastern Shore including the nearby National Seashore.

The Holland House is our home away from home whenever we visit Berlin. We love our cozy room & enjoy walking to all the local shops & restaurants. The on site parking is an added bonus. Hattie is wonderful & breakfast is always good! We will definitely return!
