Cannot express how delightful our stay was! The owners were extremely friendly and attentive to everyone, and the room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Checking in and out was easy, each morning there were home baked goods for breakfast, and it's within walking distance to everything in Berlin and a short drive to Ocean City.

We had a wonderful weekend within Berlin, it's such an amazing town with a lot of historical sights and just an amazing experience. If you are planning a trip down to the Eastern Shore, please to take the time to stay at the Holland House and visit Berlin :D

Would 1,000% percent recommend this bed and breakfast time and time again to those visiting the Eastern Shore :)

Finally, our third visit after having to cancel our plans last year. This year, we learned that Jan & Jim's daughter Hattie and her husband Jacob had taken over day to day operations. You couldn't ask for two nicer or more welcoming people! Hattie truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. We had a great experience, and can't wait to return!

Second generation innkeepers have comfort, beauty, courtesy, and hospitality dialed in! Lovely front porch, rooms, baths and public spaces were a terrific mix of quaint and historic flourishes among the modern plumbing, electric and security features. Hosts could not have been nicer, and they served up breakfast labeled "Continental" but was a step more lavish IMHO - Deluxe!
