Hush…. did you hear that? Was that an owl calling in the night? Let’s find out, which creatures are active at night. The event will start at the Nature Center at Shad Landing (Pocomoke River State Park) where we will learn about owl senses, behavior, and local owl species. Then we will go for a walk and try to attract wild owls by playing owl recordings. Lastly, we can warm up with hot chocolate back at the Nature Center. Please wear warm clothes and sturdy shoes, and bring a flashlight.
