Zoom Car Wash

Charles and the entire Zoom team have been outstanding...truly welcoming us to the Berlin area and taking great care of our three-vehicle household!

The staff is professional, attentive, and consistently helpful, and the facility is always clean, well-maintained, and efficient. Service is quick, with little to no wait, making it incredibly convenient. The location is perfect for keeping our vehicles clean and protected from salt and the elements.

Keep up the excellent work. This is how customer service should be done. A+++. ~skip

I enjoy ZOOM service and I like how well it’s set up for a self car wash. The only thing I’d wish we had there is a pile of rags in self cleaning area - tires can be washed well with that soft brush, micro fiber cloth would be ideal- glad I had my own so it was very handy. Thanks for keeping up good work!

So our Salisbury location is temporarily closed for renovations and we stopped at the Berlin location to still get our ride refreshed. Saw our favorite girl Oceania (please forgive the wrong spelling if it is wrong)! She’s always so kind and truly makes the experience for my little one fun by making smiley faces with soap on his window as we enter the tunnel! The best! We appreciate the kindness and overall excellence in customer service from everyone at Zoom!
