Zoom Car Wash

A Friend told me about this car wash last year. I joined their monthly fee where I can come every day and wash my car and vacuum it if I want to. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and takes good care of my car treats it like it’s their own. They offer rags to wipe it off if there’s any residual water on it, they offer glass cleaner and vacuums that really have powerful suction. Last year I had no salt on my car during the snowy winter season. In the spring, I had no pollen on my car ever. Someone pulled up beside me at a red light & asked if my car was brand new. It is 5 years old, but looks new cuz it’s so clean all the time. They just offered a great Christmas deal, a booklet of 4 tickets to the deluxe $25 wash tunnel and a month of unlimited washes with no expiration date. I bought seven of them. This is an unbelievable deal. And I’m all about how people treat me if it’s a good deal on people treat me mean I don’t go back. This place I get treated like royalty every single time.

I visit this location several times a week, and overall, the experience has been excellent. The membership provides great value for the price, and the staff and services are consistently reliable. My only concern is that the 24-hour touchless wash is rarely available, which can be inconvenient at times. Addressing this issue would make an already great experience even better.

The entire team, from entry kiosk to wash tunnel entry crew, were very engaged and seemed to be concerned about my vehicle wash satisfaction. I even got a golf cart visit during my vacuum and wipe down. That my friend, would make anyone feel like a VIP.
