Whether you are visiting our festive and lively beach town to fish, sunbath, relax, swim or paint the town red, our location is ideal. After you park your car for free you can walk everywhere! Volleyball, fishing piers, water sports, parks (including Ocean City’s famous Skate Park), Trimper’s Rides, arcades and food and desserts galore are all a short walk away. In addition, adults can walk to countless popular downtown Ocean City watering holes including pubs, pool bars and nightclubs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve worked in property management for over thirteen years, and this is by far one of the worst properties I’ve encountered. There was black mold everywhere—inside the AC units, on the walls, furniture, and in the bathrooms. The rooms were completely infested. When I tried to open the refrigerator, black mold coated my hands.
My fiancée and I approached the front desk to address the issue, but the attendant refused to cancel our booking or issue a refund. I’m now contacting my credit card company to file a formal claim, something I’ve never had to do before. In property management, we would consider the room they offered us “uninhabitable.”
For the sake of your health and the health of your family and friends, avoid this place at all costs.

Do not go by any pictures. Room dirty, you can not move around in it, beds are a little bigger than a twin, drug addicts all around. We could not stay in the room it was so bad. They would not give us any of our money back. I am now filing a grievance. Shame they false advertise and take your money. I could not even stay long enough to take pictures. Staff very rude. Think twice before staying there.

So I came for a 2 night trip and once we got there we had to go to another hotel just to get a key. Once we got the key we went in the hotel and it was dirty the shelves wouldn't open and close. The beds had this comforter and The design was ugly and I took it off and of course it was to cover up the amount of sand that was there. The bathroom was small and only had 1 towel. The air conditioning kept turning on and off. The walls are like paper thin and you could hear noises when your sleeping. The TV did not work whatsoever and the wifi was bad. And the thing is I thought it was free Wi-Fi but I had to put a pin so I didn't want to waste my time going to a 2 min walk just to ask. The parking was great since it was free and there was free soap. Super close to the beach. So out of this trip 1 star. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE
