Tru by Hilton Ocean City Bayside

Great location, rooms were cleaned upon arrival but super small, no microwave in the room and absolutely no drawers, not even on the night stand. There's no safe in the room. Room service was only on the 2nd day, the rest of the week was requested and they never showed up. Breakfast was OK but very limited when compared to other same priced hotels and what they call high speed internet is 9 Mbps download speed and like 7 Mbps upload, super slow for basic tasks.
Parking is NOT free and no other parking around the hotel. Definitely not on my future list of hotels in Ocean City, MD.

My kids Absolutely love the tru Hotel. Our room was super clean we love the walk-in shower The breakfast was delicious my kids have fun with the pancake cake machine the staff are so nice especially Kira wheeler I love that they serve coffee and tea all day. Also the beach is only five minutes away free parking Is a lot of food places on the same strip of the hotel. Beautiful view of the ocean from my room. The pool was awesome The hotel itself is just a beautiful place quiet clean nice place to stay at we will be staying here again.

The hotel was in good location and was clean. Staff was not overly friendly and breakfast was average. The biggest suggestion I have is that the smoking area should not be next to the main entrance. It smelled like cigarettes as you entered and that is not very inviting.
