Always had great customer service at the one in Salisbury but I won't be back to the one in Pocomoke. Granted we were cutting it close, we both work until 7. So it was 745 when we pulled into the parking lot. I told the girl when we walked in I was sorry for coming in late we just got out of work and I really needed some new work shoes. We'll the girl Sarah proceeded to harp at us constantly you have 7 mins, you have 4 mins, we close in 30 secs. The whole time that's what we heard. Considering that he was going to spend at least $200 on a pair of new work shoes they could do better treating their customers with respect. He didn't even get to find the ones he really wanted just ended up grabbing a pair and rushing out. So that sale was lost , will prob return at the Salisbury store after work where i kmow we wont be rushed out of the store like customers dont matter. Disapointed all around, evidently employees need a refresher course on how to do their jobs.

Wanted to start stocking up on my wood burning pellets for the winter since I can only load 10 bags at a time in my vehicle. Went in and was told by cashier (female) I'd have to put them on lay-a-away. Are you joking! That was just ludicrous. Headed to Lowe's or Salisbury TS as they have pellets.

Interesting turn of events. Decided to call around for pellet prices, still called TS, male associates gave me the price and when I asked him when they expected them in his response was we have plenty of pellets in our back storage area.

The number they provided below is a lengthy automated system that has nothing to do with better customer service and relations. Apparently they are not really concerned about my experience so this review will have to suffice.

Called to inquire about propane. No answer the first try. Nonfriendly employee for the second call. They don't fill propane at this location.
