The Tidelands Caribbean Hotel has 2 pools available, a rooftop pool with ocean and bay views and the other pool has a side ocean view with Crabcake Factory, Love's Lemonade, and Planet Wings on site. All standard hotel rooms provide a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. DVD players, WiFi, telephone service, safes, flat-screen TVs with cable are in all rooms. Ice and vending machines are on site. All rooms have heat and air conditioning and daily housekeeping service is provided. Buildings are handicap accessible with elevator service on all floors. Free parking (1 space per unit) with possible parking available and an additional lot.

What started off to be a disaster from the management in the reservation department really turned around to be a beautiful trip!
I booked a non refundable room a life happened and I wanted to pay more money to come a different day Reservation department couldn’t accommodate me.
I spoke to Ms. Carboni and she first listened and heard me out. & She really did her best to try & help me out. Upon check in her front desk team which included Ford & Nedim displayed the best form of hospitality! They had so much positive energy & their professionalism was unmatched!

I appreciate you all so much you really brought light to my trip!

Keep being amazing you guys are a ASSET to this hotel! I pray others learn basic customer service!

Visited last week for my birthday weekend . Absolutely loved it here . Mickey took great care of us. Thank you for everything you're the best ! Rooms were really nice and spacious. Coming back down in the summer to enjoy the pools there. Can't wait. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location

The location is great. 2 king beds and a pullout couch is fantastic.
The tile floors and no ventilation is dangerous. After a shower the floors are slick as ice. TVs are not HD. Wifi never worked.
