The Original Greene Turtle

We went for happy hour and dinner. The drinks were very tasty. It was taco Tuesday and the tacos and quesadillas were half price. My daughter ordered a cheesesteak. Everything came out hot and delicious. Our server was great!

The turtle is a staple that you have to make at least one visit every time you visit OCMD. The decor here is always on point a lot of ravens and Orioles, which is fine by me. The food here is always good, obviously the wings are fantastic and even though busy the service is always great.

I went here on a Wednesday night in September. It was busy, but we were seated immediately. The menu doesn’t have a wide seafood selection, but since it’s a sports bar you’ll find plenty of classic bar food like wings, burgers, and salads.
I was amazed by the crab dip with pretzels—it’s a real delicacy! (Though if you’re counting macros, you may want to pace yourself 😅). For my meal, I ordered the Chicken Imperial with Brussels sprouts. I had asked for no cheese, but it still came with provolone. Not a huge deal, but I would’ve preferred it prepared as requested.

Plus: They kindly opened their gift store just for us—thank you for that gesture! That extra touch made our night.🫶🏻
