While we’re just a stone’s throw away from some major area attractions like Ocean City, Assateague Island, and Berlin, we’ve got a ton of amenities you’ll enjoy right on site! Relax on the Lazy River winding through the Water Park while the kids race down the waterslides. Play 18 holes of Miniature Golf amongst a peaceful setting of waterfalls and shade trees. Zip line through the forest as you power through obstacles in the High Ropes Adventure Park. Take a step back in time at the Western Theme Park, featuring our classic Wild West Shows and Native American Village. Prefer things a big more leisurely? Head bayside to the 200 foot long fishing pier. Go for a kayak tour or fishing charter. Take part in our planned activities. Visit the arcade and gift shop. Stroll along the nature trails. We even have 2 dog parks for your furry family members to enjoy! And if you forgot something or need a meal away from the campfire, our fully-stocked camp store, full service restaurant and bar, and ice cream parlor are sure to fix you right up.

We stayed here over the Fourth of July. This was out first time here and we stayed in out pop up. We had a wonderful time the staff was super friendly. Yes the park was full and we knew it would be being a holiday weekend but the lane we were on EE was pretty calm. We really enjoyed the water park and they have multiply shoes we saw a few of them and the ones we did see were great. We ate at the restaurant on site which was more like bar food, sandwiches and stuff nothing fancy but our food was good and our waitress was quick and friendly. The bathrooms by us were clean and the park overall was well maintained. Also highly recommend adding a golf cart to your reservation if you don't own one the campground is very big and we appreciated having one. We will be back again!

Came here with my family who have stayed here many times. We traveled in our RV that sleeps eight and our suv. When making reservations we were told we could not stay on one site so we had to rent a tent site for an outrageous additional $800 vs just selling two more wrist bands and charging a daily fee. And we were not met with kindness ! All day long golf carts that were not park owned were racing around, some playing loud music, many drivers and riders drinking. Barely missing kids on scooters and bicycles. Intersections with no stop signs and lots of confusion! Accidents waiting to happen! The water park was great but sooo packed and found out it was open to the public! WHY? This campground is huge and was full of kids. Was it really necessary to open the water park to the public!? Overall, sounds like greed to me!

We came here a couple years ago and the water park was of course so much fun. But when we decided to walk around the town part it was depressing. It had fallen into such disrepair and we heard the new owners were going to do away with it. Well my family and I were there today and the water park was fun as ever, and very clean. Also really not to crowded. The best surprise was we visited the town again and it has been brought back to life! It looks great, the shops were open, and we made it in time for a reenactment! So happy it wasn't torn down, such a great place to visit. Looking forward to our next visit!
