SeaLoft Oceanfront Hotel

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed there June 7-9 2026. They had a room that did not face the ocean. Housekeeping never did come to clean their room once they never got any fresh towels. Staff was not very friendly at all did not speak much English. Overall, was not happy with the stay

I had a wonderful stay at the SeaLoft Oceanfront Hotel. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout my visit. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an oceanfront room, which made the experience even more memorable—the view alone was absolutely worth it.
The location is extremely convenient, and the private beachfront access is truly unbeatable. Even though I visited outside of peak summer season, I can easily see how this hotel would be an excellent value for anyone looking to enjoy the beach without the hassle of parking, crowded public spaces, or the high cost of a weekly rental.
The hotel itself is clean and modern without feeling sterile, and the charming retro accents give it a unique personality that sets it apart from more standard chain hotels. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.

I reached out to the hotel because my 16 year old daughter mistakenly booked 2 rooms with her Cashapp card and cashapp somehow approved the transaction of $2400 without funds available. I called the hotel and spoke with Marketing manager Sandy Smith and was told that it was non refundable and they would not cancel the reservation. Do not do business with the hotel. They are not good people and now have put my 16 year old in debt. We will dispute with cashapp but I will recommend to never stay at a property that would treat customers and kids this way.
