Quality Inn Boardwalk

Ok, the location is incredible and very convenient!!! The pools were clean and refreshing after ocean swims. The staff was nice and helpful.

Now, the luggage carts are falling apart so be careful. The elevators are in rough shape but still work, just be patient. We stayed in room 901. Great view from the balcony but the bathroom has almost no space for putting your hygiene items. The bathroom sink was tough to use too. The AC doesn't work great, and the beds are decent but not great. So honestly a typical hotel in a touristy area.

For a July 4th weekend it was worth the money and yes would stay here again. They just need to TLC the room a bit!

My family and I just stayed at the quality inn on the boardwalk for a week. We have been coming to the quality inn for years and have enjoyed our stay every year prior to this year. If it wasn't for the convenience of the boardwalk, 2 big pools outdoor, and pool bar onsite I would give this a 2 star review.

Upon entering the hotel room (222) it smelled moldy, and the room felt wet. The bedsheets were damp, every night going to bed you felt dampness in the room. There was a dehumidifier in the room that was filling up hourly and needing changed, and the filter light flashed all week- that needed changed. The room was already hot and wouldn't cool down at times, and then the dehumidifier was blowing hot air... which made the room unbearable to stay in.

There was a sign in the bathroom that house keeping would change our towels every THIRD DAY. This is absurd. You pay all this money to stay at this hotel, and cannot even get fresh towels daily. We chased housekeeping down all week needing towels.

Speaking of housekeeping- we stayed for a week, and our room was cleaned and beds were made- ONCE.

There was paint chipping in the bathroom tub.... blocking the drain so the water would not drain properly.

I am beyond frustrated with our stay. This hotel may be convenient, however, for the price you pay they should be able to keep up on the above concerns from happening. VERY disappointed with the quality inn this year..

This was our second stay at the Quality Inn Boardwalk, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to stay in Ocean City. The comfortable beds and pillows make it easy to unwind after a long day, and there is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to a beautiful ocean view right from our room.

The housekeeping staff has been excellent on both of our visits. They are consistently kind, respectful of our privacy, and quick to help with anything we need. Whether we needed extra items or simply wanted to be left alone to enjoy our stay, they always responded with a smile and great service.

The location right on the boardwalk is unbeatable, and the overall atmosphere makes for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Between the oceanfront setting, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff, everything about our stay has been outstanding. We’ve made wonderful family memories here and always leave feeling completely satisfied.

It’s a great choice for families and anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable Ocean City getaway.
