Quality Inn & Suites

Loved the location, close to the beach and lots to do ! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was great and the bar staff was super friendly! We loved Tristan! (The bar isn’t affiliated with the hotel but is on hotel property). Overall had a great stay and the price was great. Only complaint is two of the staff at the desk were very unfriendly and didn’t honor early check in after we called to confirm it was going to be ready. But other than that all other staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice and convenient. Overall good trip, will def be staying again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many, many times over the years. My family has loved it for so long that we booked 2 rooms for our vacation this year. I literally just got home. We will NEVER stay here again. The hotel has changed ownership and this new owner obviously doesn’t care about it. The front desk staff doesn’t even welcome you or notice that you’ve entered the lobby. We stayed a week and only 1 front desk staff person said hi when we got off the elevator. If you do need something they are very rude. If you go to get a cup of coffee they literally YELLED AT YOU that the breakfast area is closed, even though you are supposedly welcome to get coffee, hot tea, juice whenever you want. I’ve never been treated so badly by the front desk staff before. The cleaning staff are very friendly and will accommodate what you need if they’re permitted to. The room smelled awful and the bathroom was moldy. Looked like they just painted over the mold and the paint wore off. The tub didn’t hold water. The couch was gross. The balcony was filthy. It seemed the sheets and blankets were clean but the beds were terrible and definitely not queen size as advertised. The burners on the very OLD electric stove were terribly uneven The walls were dirty. We are going to go to Virginia Beach now, everything is so clean and staff are friendly there, or stay elsewhere in Ocean City, MD. One front desk staff member was asleep on the couch at 9pm, the other 2 were so busy playing on their phones they never noticed we were there. Were we feeling safe? Absolutely NOT!! Our vacation was ruined by this hotel!!!

Remodeled but dirty, ceiling black markings, anyone can go to the pool, so could enjoy. Breakfast room so small couldn't get any food. This place went way downhill. Music caused a huge crowd, couldn't get a drink, food????? What a dumpy place. Family used your property this time, but they will never return. Had stayed a few times over the past, but never again. Clean up the act there. People walked off the street and used the pool. Maybe entrance only with your room card??...
