** edited to add. I have a screenshot showing the advertisment. We booked a "party pack" that was advertised by their Facebook page. When we booked we were told that anyone not swimming didnt have to pay. We were a party of 7. We were told that if someone wanted to swim that day it would be $15. A week before the party we called to ask about adding one more person. Stories changed. Amounts changed. We got 4 different answers and told we could have no more then 6 people. It took me several days to get ahold of the manager. Left several messages. She said that I only called once. She said I was attacking her and rhat she didnt want us at the hotel because I stated "her employees all have different answers" she refused to give us her name. Refused to transfer me to someone higher then her. Was completely nasty and rude.

Hotel is nice.
There are no ice machine except in the fridge.
You can’t even buy it-that was a problem with a recent foot surgery and was told I could get ice at the tiki bar a floor down and a bit of a walk for a cup of ice.
The towel was an exfoliation device.
I know it’s off season but the soap dispenser squirts towards your face due to non use.
Be careful of the dispensers and bring ice and dish soap!!

Not the best experience. The ladies at the reception where so sweet and accommodating, pool is nice and well maintained, the main issue I had was the rooms. When I arrived, I saw a pair of LASHES in a nook at the bathroom where you can easily find if you do a proper room cleaning inspection but impossible to find if all you do is dress the bed and change towels. Also, in the room I was staying at, I was CONSTANTLY woken up to the vents. I remember at 3 AM in the morning I was woken up to such a loud and aggravating sound. I turned off the auto and the air conditioining itself but it STILL WENT ON! On my floor, there was NO cleaning service. Nobody came to dress the beds or anything. Maybe it was because of off season (january) but this still remains unacceptable. Lastly, the appliences where old and rusty, most likely.a saftey hazard. This might just be me but the room was very humid... not plesant. Oddly enough, im not able to upload videos of the hotel but email me so I can send them.
