The Princess Royale Oceanfront Family Resort & Condominiums is one of the area's premier attractions. Our hotel is the largest all suite resort offering the ultimate in accommodations. Located on sandy beaches of Ocean City, we offer a variety of accommodations from spacious two room suites with fully equipped kitchenettes directly overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean to suites overlooking our indoor heated swimming pool and four story glass oceanfront tropical atrium. We also offer two and three bedroom oceanfront condominiums making the Princess Royale ideal for family vacations, romantic getaways and business travelers.

I rated a few things because I don’t want them to get a better rating based on a few things.
Location is great and some of the staff is wonderful.
But the restaurant had ants and the rooms are disgusting!!! Rooms have sand in them, tiles are dirty, ceiling needs updated, panels missing paint.
Peeling walls, toe boards are absolutely disgusting, and much more. Basically the place needs to be torn down. All they do is the ole ghetto repair, wash, and I would say paint but they don’t paint sh……
Their tv’s barely work and the direct tv service is trash.
Also their room furniture is full of visible stains.
I’ve never been so disappointed in a place.
I’m only adding two photos. If I were a Maryland official I would shut this place down.

It was overall very enjoyable but just some remarks.
I stayed on the 5th floor with my family and I slept on the coach, there were two main issues. 1 The walls are very thin, all the way to 4 in the morning you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways. 2 the AC does not go into the living room well at all so it could be freezing in the room but hot in the living room.
The beach location is really nice and it was very roomy. But just some incompetence at the front desk like for example we called for room service and then 5 hours later came back and nothing was done. And another instance is just a lack of direction, one staff member at the front desk will be quick and understanding while another will be very snappy and not understanding. But the people who help with all the luggage were truly a treat. Super useful and super kind.

We had a 3 night/4 day stay and loved the entire experience. It was our first time in OC and at this resort and we will definitely be coming back.
Free parking on site, direct beach access, cute yard space to hang outside but not want to be sandy, plenty of places to eat on location. Friendly staff, perfect distance away from the busy boardwalk but a short drive to be in the middle of it. There were 4 of us, my husband and I and our two kids. Room was smaller in the kitchen/livingroom area but it never felt crowded. Full kitchen, utensils and cookware were provided. Indoor pool was spacious for multiple families to be in at the same time, overall a 10/10
