I never really write reviews, but I just got a shout out to this amazing hotel. The rooms are always clean. Me and My Wife always get ocean front whether it’s the deluxe or the standard oceanfront and we always are happy. The staff here are great and being that it’s such a pet friendly spot it keeps us coming back a couple times of year. I need to get the names of these staff front desk people because they truly deserve a raise. I’m going back in a few weeks and I’m gonna get their names and come back and rewrite another review because some dog friendly places are just that but these people truly love the dogs. They hand out treats to them throughout the day and it’s just a really welcoming stay like I stated above I come here a few times a year during the peak season and even in the fall or winter and we have never had a bad experience now is it a high-end hotel… no but I prefer this place over anywhere else in ocean city. Plus the location is perfect. Right on the boardwalk. I will always rave about this hotel. The only thing I don’t like is this year I noticed they charge for parking. Not a fan of this at all.

Location was great for the boardwalk. Room was hot and covered in sand. I understand being on the beach brings sand. The room was not cleaned up before our stay, remotes sticky and dirty. Rooms would not go below 75. Asked for towels multiple times had to get some when the staff was in the hallway. The door was stuck shut due to the hallway being almost 100 degrees. Staff stated that’s not why and never fixed the door. Staff was very rude.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was not as polished as a Sheraton or Hilton but it checks every required box for what you need at the beach. There are a lot of kids and dogs yet our room was so quiet. We got a balcony and window looking at the ocean for an incredible value. And the staff, I can't rave enough about them. Genuinely kind and concerned about your stay, not because they are paid to and not in kiss your butt way like a Sheraton. We could not have been more happy with our stay
