We were there for 3 nights with our 2 kids, it's a very convenient property right on the boardwalk. All the fully developed beaches were highly accessible from this property and that's the biggest advantage here. Property is newly renovated so we didn't encounter any issues with cleanliness. Staff was courteous we experienced toilet clogging as soon as we arrived but it was promptly addressed, would certainly recommend.

Lexi at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a different room time type that was really spacious with two balconies. My husband and I brought both of my dogs and they enjoyed their time as well. The bar has been remodeled and is Dog friendly too! We came late (after kitchen closed) for some drinks and felt very welcomed. The owner was very nice and mentioned that everything in the kitchen is made from scratch. The cocktails and live music were great. Definitely looking forward to our next visit and checking out the food. An overall great stay and very welcoming hotel.

Very disappointed with this property. Our room had no hot water. One of the two elevators was broken leading to 10-15 minute waits for the remaining elevator. There were roaches and other bugs in our room. The patio door does not close properly and there are rusty nails sticking out near the hand pull. We ended up contacting the front desk, just about the water - they first said they would send someone to fix the issue. Eight hours later when we got back to the room we found no one had been in there and sure enough water was still cold. Called the front desk and was told the hot water was out for the entire building. At that point I asked for a refund for our remaining nights as we would like to stay somewhere else where we could have a hot shower. They did not object and told me to come downstairs, which I did. Once I got to the front desk, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and treated my husband and me very poorly. She said she couldn’t tell us how much our refund would be as we paid through Expedia - I asked for an explanation of the process and at least an estimate and she just kept cutting me off, telling me no, and refusing to listen or answer any basic questions. She raised her voice at me in a lobby full of people. It was a pretty crazy experience and I really do not recommend anyone stay here. It’s a good location but there are plenty of other places nearby that are cleaner, better maintained, and have more welcoming staff.
