Papa John's Pizza

ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and a veggie pizza. The papadia came folded in half, and after eating the first half, I noticed something was off with the taste. When I opened the second half, I found bacon inside—something I have never eaten in my life of my faith.
To make things worse, when I brought it to the attention of the manager, they showed zero empathy—no apology, no offer to make it right. Just a complete lack of responsibility.

Extremely disappointed by customer service. I won’t be ordering again, and I urge others with dietary needs to be very cautious and double check.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered breadsticks (which turned out to be sliced, rolled, unseasoned pizza dough) and garlic knots (hand tied, unseasoned, hard, dog treat lookalike pizza dough). We were given the wrong sauces as well. When we called, we weren't compensated for any of it and were told goodbye and that it was too late to do anything. Don't buy pizza or anything from here. If you do, just know the chances of receiving the correct order is about the same as winning the lottery.

Ordered on papajohns website from this location. When tracking my delivery it said my order had been "directed to doordash". When it arrived i bit into a partially melted plastic bottle cap embedded in a slice. Called for a refund and spoke to the "General manager Mark". Initially he tried to blame the driver because they "all have stanley cups" in the store. I explained that the cap was melted and embedded into the slice with cheese melted to it. He placed me on hold for about 5 mins and when he comes back on the line he says doordash has to issue the refund and it will be 5 to 7 business days. I told him that was unacceptable and that I had bought the pizza from them and they fed me melted plastic. He then told me he made the pizza himself, and there was no bottle cap in there. I told him I would upload the pics of it here for him to see. I told him i would attempt to stop payment from the card company and at this point he's talking over me and accusing me, the customer, of outright lying and eventually hangs up on me. I will be in contact with his superiors as soon as possible. Absolutely abhorrent service after sending a product like this out of their doors. I would avoid this location as if your life depends on it because it may.
