Papa John's Pizza

Called in the store to place an order, when I get there I could of gotten a large pizza for $13. Instead I pad 1$16 for a medium. Took 3 people to just then tell me after I said well I think this isn't fair and the Manager then said well that's business! Never even tried to make anything right. He said that's a walk in order and you could of gotten 2 medium pizzas for $14. Because they use a call service they don't offer to tell consumers the specials . Completely unfair!

Ordered two pizzas online (beef and anchovy). One came with beef loosely thrown on top after baking, and the other was just cheese with no anchovies.
When I went back in, the manager (Mark) was dismissive, avoided addressing the issue, and made it clear it wasn’t worth continuing the conversation. No effort was made to correct the order.
The interaction reflected a lack of basic customer service and management-level professionalism.

Went into Papa John's just before they closed on Sat, Apr 11th. I must tell you that the service was outstanding. The staff (esp Chris) was so nice and friendly and then when I got back to my hotel to eat OMG the food was sooooo tasty and delish.
