Ocean Elements Salt Spa & Float Center

I went in for Fire & Ice. I do not like either very hot, or very cold, so I truly hated this! I needed it and my body felt 100% better after the treatment. I have had this at other places, and it was never this good. IR sauna is clean heat and comfortable and the tank was clear and clean and bracingly cold. This is not a relaxing hour for me, but Ocean Elements makes it as calm and comfortable as possible. Booking and paying online was a snap. I will be back!

The best place to relax in Ocean City! I'm literally obsessed. Ocean Elements is my favorite way to unwind on the weekend. Highly recommend a salt float or the fire and ice (sauna and cold plunge). And, worth mentioning, Amy is usually working the front desk--she's always a treat. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I'm giving a 5 star review here because my boyfriend had a wonderful experience and came out feeling amazing and relaxed. I, on the other hand, wish I would have known it would not be a good experience for me. This was our first experience and I had absolutely no idea I should not have gone in having shaved my legs and under my arms that morning. Out of all of the questions on the waiver, I don't recall seeing anything about freshly shaved skin. I wasn't cut or knicked, just freshly shaved. My skin did not take to the water because of this so please please don't do this if you just shaved and have sensitive skin. The ladies here were wonderfully friendly and had great customer service. I just feel very upset about the experience I personally had I wish I had known what I was going into. I would have chosen a different service so I could have relaxed instead of having a panic attack and having to come out and miss the whole experience.
