This place is wonderful. Did the salt room and float tank. The staff was very communicative beforehand and sent instructions, videos, and waivers so I didn’t have to fill out when I went; could just focus on relaxing. The salt room was the nicest I’ve seen - comfy chairs with foot rest, salt everywhere, and quiet. Have also been to floats at several other places and this was very nice; the water was warmer than I’ve had before which was wonderful. Entire facility was very clean and comfortable.

This was my first time doing a salt water soak. It was amazing, relaxing, and made my skin feel so soft and smooth. The staff was so amazing and friendly, and gave clear instructions and a tour of the whole place. The whole place was so clean. There is a separate room to fix my hair with products, too. A glass of cold ice water after the soak. I will definitely be back! If you have never soaked, do it! I feel so relaxed! I wish I had a location near home.

I'm glad others had a great experience, however I did not.

My husband got me a several hour package here for my birthday. I arrived and the older woman at the desk informed me that I'd have to reschedule all of the massage portions of my package because the masseuse was sick ( convenient after a holiday weekend). I was pretty upset they didn't call me or my husband ahead of my arrival, especially considering I used a whole day of PTO for this because I would have rescheduled the whole thing.

They also didn't send me any information or waivers ahead of time so then I had to spend a bunch of time reading those and filling them out when I got there.

I spent 45 minutes in the salt room (which is literally a small room filled with Himalayan salt all over the floor and some chairs buried within. The salt fan thing was loud and the curtains they have hanging from the ceiling were dusty from the HVAC vent. I personally was not a fan.

Then I was scheduled to do the fire and ice service and the tub was DIRTY. There was literally a scum ring around the water line of the tub. I'm glad I noticed it before I fully submerged in the tub. It was also dark and it was very obvious. I got dressed, informed the same lady that I no longer wanted to participate and to just give my husband a refund. She proceeded to have me "show her" the dirty tub and then made excuses for the fact that they have hard water and that the tub was filled "yesterday". This didn't sit right with me knowing it was a holiday weekend and who knows how many people were in there before me and the fact that it was obviously not cleaned prior to my arrival. I'm also a local so I know about the water issues. I fill my tubs up at home and have never had an issue with scum at the water line.

Luckily they refunded me after some going back and forth, but we're very unapologetic for the entire fiasco of the day. I literally was there for maybe an hour. No effort was made to make up for the fact that my birthday turned into a real disappointment. I will not be returning.
