Location was good. Brittany at the reception desk was awesome, she is super friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping was not the best. Day one no washcloths in the room, day 2 was better, day 3 I had to ask for clean towels and washcloths. And yes I followed their rules for housekeeping!! Overall not a bad place but they need help with a few things.

We had an ocean view with a sliding door to the balcony. The sliding door did not lock. And the balcony was connected to another with just a rail separating them. So someone could go over the rail to your balcony and into your room.
The heat/AC didn't work.
We had a hot tub/sauna in our room. The jets were amazing. Very powerful. But the faucet and handles were at the step to get in and it made it very difficult to get in and out. And I have knee issues which made it worse.

As stated room on the boardwalk. Front row seat of all the action and prime people watching lol. Got the two queen bed with jacuzzi tub and balcony. Room has microwave, small sink no stove. No gym no pool, no continental brewkfast. Had a great time. There was two ice cream sandwiches in the mini freezer that was there when we checked. We did clean the jacuzzi before we used it.
