Nike Clearance Store

Waited 2 hours just to get in to store. For those who plan on going just as a marker I started standing in line in front of children’s place will probably more than likely have a 2 hour wait.

They are only allowing 20 people in store. Once in store. As usual store is very presentable well organized can find things easy. Prices are very friendly.

Back to line and wait. Considering the long line. Would like to think there would be things in place to try and keep the flow going of customers. I do understand we live in different times. Had one person at register checking people out. Had 3 maybe 4 people working floor. Wait for check out was almost as bad as wait outside. At one time there was 6 people waiting to buy. I mean 6 separate customers. Couple things. I know mike has used the mobile check out where you just use credit card so they can still assist on floor. Maybe pull one of the floor people to assist at register. Didn’t really sense any urgency to from employees.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Corporate didn’t want to help me basically told me to pound sans. Tried exchanging a product a couple of days after purchasing it and were absolutely no help to me. We’re not willing to work with me under my circumstance manager on duty was not pleasant and standoffish. Lady from corporate pleasantly told me to have a good day and she couldn’t help me.

they forgot to remove a sensor so i went in to get it removed. the door did not ring or anything when i walked out. with the virus, they had a long outside so i went to the front door and then man letting people in was completely ignoring me. i then told him i needed to get a sensor that the cashier left and he told me to stand in the line when all he could have done was check the receipt and take the sensor off. very rude and didn’t even apologize
