Lighthouse Club Hotel

The place is super nice. The room looked super clean. It's a great place to spend a pleasant time with your partner. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I understand they call it a continental breakfast, but it was hardly continental, except for the Greek yogurt. It seemed more like a snack than breakfast. The strawberries were old and rotten, there were only two sodas, two bottles of water, two sparkling waters, two granola bars, and two mini pastries. For the price we paid and not a real breakfast I think is to much.
One night $412.

Sadly, had a terrible experience. 10th Anniversary getaway with my husband. Checked in 5pm, had dinner at the restaurant next door. Dinner was good but they were out of many options including white bread.

About 10pm I took a bath. When I turned on the jets, a black substance shot out into the water and all over me. I couldn’t shower because I had to stand in the dirty water and mgmt needed to see this. There was no one at the front desk until 7am. I was up all night. We were offered another room to shower, thankfully. After this terrible experience, weren’t comfortable trying another night.

Management REFUSED to give me a full refund. They claim we did stay the night. Well, it wasn’t by choice! I am 75 and my husband, 77 is in bad health.

When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude when asked about parking. The room was nice but the bed sheet had a big rip at the bottom of the bed. Also I stubbed my toe at the sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony because the floor was rotted and my toe sunk into the hole. Also the fact that they don’t care to reach out to people who leave negative reviews speaks for what kinda place this is and what kind of service you will receive. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel.
