I’m disappointed I have to write this review. We’ve been going to this hotel and its sister The Edge for 20 years.

We decided to try the newly refurbished King room in the Lighthouse for a weekend, after staying at the Edge suites for many years. They were starting to get beat, so we wanted to try a new room.

First night was fine. The second night was awful. We came back after a day out to find a major water leak coming through an access hatch above the refrigerator/coffee station the front door. They had no other room to move us to, so they gave us a dirty plastic bin to catch the water. We had to clean up the mess ourselves, used half our towels, and deal with dirty dripping water and sounds all night. It was miserable.

We were told management would contact us about the problem - never heard from them. We followed up twice and they never responded.

Understandably these things happen. How management deals with these challenges makes the difference. For $400 a night off season, I would expect them to step up and make this right. Instead we won’t stay at either place again, because clearly they don’t value their customers or know how to provide service.

So disappointed…..

Absolutely great experience! I can’t recall the front desk lady’s name but she had blonde hair and like fringed bangs! She was amazing and congratulations to her on her 18 months of sobriety! Nevertheless, we were able to check in early at 11:45am! Like how amazing! We had robes, breakfast, refreshments and amazing views! Hidden gem! Such a peaceful and beautiful place! Only 5 blocks from Seacrets! So it worked perfect for our memorial weekend trip!

*The only negative was the leak in our bathroom. Water was pooling from our bathtub apparently because of the shower head design* wasn’t a big deal because they offered us many towels to clean up and afterwards*
