I stopped by this rental shop during a sunny beach vacation to try out some water activities. The staff were super helpful in explaining how everything worked, which made me feel much more confident about heading out onto the water. The equipment was all in great shape, and it was such a blast exploring the local coastline from a different perspective. It is a fantastic spot if you want to add some adventure to your beach day.

We had what should have been a great day on the water until another boat collided with ours. The accident was 100% the other boater’s fault, and we have video of the entire incident. The marine police responded, investigated the accident, and even the other boat operator acknowledged responsibility.

What shocked us was what happened when we returned the rental boat. Instead of treating us with professionalism or acknowledging that we had purchased the rental insurance, the owner immediately became rude, arrogant, and confrontational. He attempted to hold us responsible for approximately $5,000 in damages, and they provided a very quick estimate based on a fiberglass scratch, pressured us to sign paperwork, and treated us as if we had caused the accident despite the evidence and the police investigation.

Accidents happen, but customer service and integrity matter. We expected understanding and a fair process, especially since we had insurance and the other party admitted fault. Instead, we were met with hostility, intimidation, and complete disrespect.

I cannot recommend doing business with this company based on our experience. We hope they learn to treat customers with honesty, professionalism, and basic respect when unexpected situations occur.

Fantastic Day on the Water!
My family and I had an amazing time renting a boat from this place! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and fun. The boat was in great shape, and we especially loved water tubing—it was the highlight of our trip! They do offer insurance and I recommend getting the best cause you never know what could happen. Also they are very clear on where to boat at and where to stay away from. Unlike the couple of reviews I read. Everything from start to finish was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a fun, family-friendly day on the water. We’ll definitely be back!
