Hyatt Place Ocean City / Oceanfront

Great hotels rooms in a great location. Friendly check-in staff. Fantastic ocean views from my top floor room. Super convenient garage parking below the building. This would have been five stars if not for the extremely disappointing breakfast. Very limited options compared to other Hyatt Place properties. Despite this, I would probably still stay here again.

We came to Ocean City to celebrate our Grandson's 3rd Birthday on the weekend of February 20th and wanted a place with a pool. That is what he wanted for his Birthday. We were greeted by Olivia she was so accommodating. We originally booked 2 suites and upon arrival realized that the suite were across the street from the hotel where the pool was. We did not want our Grandchildren to walk out in the cold after being in the pool. Olivia made arrangements for another room in the same building so our Grandchildren would be more comfortable. We also were trying to figure out where to set up food and decorating for a little party. She asked what time we planned to celebrate and offered the use of the restaurant after closing. Any thing extra we needed was also provided. A good time was had by all. All other staff we encountered were very friendly as well.

This is a must stay when you come to ocean city. The staff is top notch exspecially Olivia. She went above and beyond for our stay..
The breakfast was great.
The hotel is nice and well kept from housekeeping and maintenance..
Me and my wife are definitely coming back..
The only thing I suggest is put screen doors on all there balcony rooms so guests have the option to leave there patio door open at night
