We were just married and had a horrible hotel stay at a place in Pittsburgh, to long of a story. When we check in Sunday night with carol and they were great and nice. Every day we had a short conversation and they cared about us. We booked a king room with a jacuzzi and everything was clean. Housekeeping services were often seen in the hotel. Thank you carol and everyone at Monte Carlo for making our short getaway before our vacation great.

Terrible experience with management. There was a legitimate but incredibly mismatch with my credit card and I lost a prime reservation. I expressed frustration and staff was sympathetic. Then management sends me a confrontational email that just open up all the frustrations i had before but had been calmed by the other staff. Avoid this hotel.

Smallest parking lot ever. Got a few dings on my car from other people. Rooftop wasn't even open for fireworks at night on the fourth. Great view of a church/recovery home with addicts posted out front. Room fits 6 but only allowed 1 parking pass per room? Never staying here again.
