Our team strives to bring you delicious food, friendly service, an affordable menu and a comfortable atmosphere. We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 1am. We offer a DAILY Happy Hour from 11am - 7pm. Our food and drink specials leave you wanting more.
We are located only footsteps away from Coastal Highway on Route 54 in Fenwick Island, Delaware. We have a TON of different activities and entertainment that change seasonally. We feature some of the best local talent in the neighborhood and keep things as lively as possible.

We were in OC and were searching for a good place to have a cheese steak and a few beers. A good friend recommended High Stakes so we decided to give it a try. The bar tenders are very friendly and attentive. The buffalo wings were good and the cheese steak I would rate about a 7.5 out of 10. They use real ribeye but the meat was overcooked and I should have ordered extra meat. Overall I would definitely come back when I'm in town.

10/10 would recommend! Not just for the happy hour prices, yummy bar fare, ample pours, and cozy seating, but also for the TOP NOTCH service! You'd never know that Kayla, Jess and Chris were busy covering both the bar and tables, because they were patient, highly attentive, informative (re: what to order), friendly, good-humored, and speedy! Highly recommend: Philly cheesesteak and wings. Both were HUGE portions; enough for two hungry adults to share...plus, leftovers! We are already planning a return visit next time on The Island.

Steamed shrimp with onions and fries with gravy steal the show. The cheesesteaks are comforting and hearty. This place was recommended by locals and I can't get enough of their happy hour specials.
