The High Point North Condominium is located at 11400 Coastal Highway. Our condominium units vary in size from 500 Square Foot Efficiencies to a 4,000 Square Foot Penthouse. All units with one and two bedrooms have private, direct Ocean Front balconies and enclosed direct Bay view patio rooms or lanais. All units have air conditioning, one and two bedroom units have a clothes washer and dryer, and all suites have an additional storage closet located inside of each unit.

At approximately 20,000 square feet, HPN boasts one of the largest true oceanfront decks for an condominium in Ocean City. Our deck contains ample chairs, tables and lounges, and our large swimming pool was renovated in 1998. The pool is open from memorial Day through Labor Day and the deck may be accessed year round.

Very relaxing. Well maintained condo building. Nice deck and pool. Units are spacious.

We stayed in 4C. The front door was terrible to open. The patio door didn't shut properly without a struggle. The toilet wouldn't flush all the time. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. The rugs had sand still on them . There wasn't enough blankets for all the beds only 2 when the place sleeps 6. Not worth the amount of money spent to stay here .

Can't say enough positive comments on this rental, and, the renter. Unit was immaculate, there an abundance of towels, laundry pods, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner and more. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Kitchen is equipped with anything you might need, including a crock pot and a Keurig. Comfortable chairs on the balcony. My only suggestion would be to install a grab bar in the shower
