Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ocean City

Family and I just stayed, for four days! First I want to say the pool, is very small, we had to wait for another family to leave out the pool so we can enter. into the water. Another issue the pool smelled bad like spit! It was not attractive. Then a fire alarm came on we all ran out!! Thinking it was a fire! We was not aware or was told about any drill, Another experience we had some man walked into my room, rushing speaks no English!!! Ty God my husband was there with me and my 14 year yoke daughter, he wanted to tell us to close the balcony due to them cleaning it with bleach! But no calls no knocks nothing, I reported it to the manger! Last omg the breakfast was so good!! Different choices of what to eat but this hotel allowed some man who looks and smells homeless to walk around where the food is located!!! He smells so bad, it’s self serving so he is over the food standing there. We had to make out plates behind him smh. Tht was the worst we tried going down early before he came down! Just nasty!!! The only gray thing was our room was nice updated clean and lots of space!! Room service was also good! Would I stay here again no thanks.

Over the past two years, I have had the pleasure of visiting the Fairfield Marriott in Ocean City, Maryland, on five separate occasions. Each time, the hotel has consistently exceeded my expectations. The hotel is always clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that every guest is well cared for. I would like to give a special shout-out to Chad, whose outstanding customer service skills truly stand out. He has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to assist me, and his genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction are commendable.

Not for a beach vacation. It was clean and furnished on the newer, modern side. Our room faced the main road and was noisy. Walls seemed a bit thin, I could hear the TV in the room next to ours. Good for a quick stay, not a vacation. On-site parking was nice. Breakfast was enjoyable.
