Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I attempted to rent a car same day, which was confirmed by the representative. I also received a confirmation email. Within minutes the manager called me stating there weren’t any cars available and apologized for not being able to fulfill my rental. I thought that was strange to say the least. I don’t like dealing with dishonest businesses or management. I do not recommend this rental location

Excellent servic
es in West ocean city MD!!!
Just been alot of glitches in system with vehicles that aren't available for use ! Other wise they do 100 awesome with accommodations off the inconvenience. Good job enterprise west Ocean city !

Last few times I’ve tried to book here I start my reservation online and everything seems ok but then when I show up they don’t have what I selected or worse they don’t have any cars at all yet online it allowed me to make the reservation. If you are actually in a jam don’t rely on this place.
