Mattresses are dirty and old and towels and sheets are dirty old. Rooms are clean but mattress is dirty and towels are dirty and sheets are dirty oldest. Customer should buying new mattress and towels and sheets too. Customers discrimination deafness. Looks like the discriminations against the deafness! Deaf people are not stupid! Why customer service is discrimination against me and my son. We’re deaf family! Who cares about our family members!!!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, damaged, and clearly not properly maintained. The bathtub had heavy rust stains and looked unsanitary, the walls were peeling and separating, and the baseboards were falling apart. There also appeared to be mold and water damage around the AC unit and window area, which made the room smell musty and feel unhealthy.

The bedding and comforters had visible stains on them, and even the curtains looked dirty. It honestly felt like the room had not been deep cleaned or repaired in a very long time. For the price paid, I expected a clean and safe environment, but this room was unacceptable.

I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall room conditions. Very disappointed.

4th stay here because it's cheaper than others. Probably my last. Rooms are old and although they constantly work on them, they're old. Linnens were clean but maids do a poor job. They hit major areas but miss a lot. This stay there was a booze bottle still in the trash can from previous tennent!! They also did away with the small breakfast area they had. Staff was friendly and said within 2 years they were going to completely renovate.
