Econo Lodge Pocomoke City Hwy 13

The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and they lady that gave me towels was super sweet but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place

The room was dirty and smelled like someone dumped bleach to get rid of mildew and mold but barely bc the bath tub was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it had slime mold. There were roaches I killed in the room and I know they weren’t from me. I think the owner needs to focus more on the quality of the place he runs over focusing what I do on a day to day basis. This is definitely the worst econolodge I’ve ever stayed at.

Checked into room late around 1:00am, to find very strong mold smell from bathroom. There was mold all around perimeter of bathroom ceiling.
TV did not work and we were tired so didn't call front desk to try to change room, but told them next morning to let them know it may also be unhealthy to rent out. It may be a one off experience there but won't stop there on our trip home.

This is my first time ever leaving a bad review at a hotel. I was looking for an inexpensive room to stay in for 1 night after a long drive from Florida. The room ended up costing 150 dollars with taxes even with a discount the clerk gave me. My family and I stayed there for 7 hours and the room was absolutely filthy. There was no carpet. My daughter found a roach in the bed. The next morning I found a roach in the sink. The tub was rusting. The chain lock was broken. And it smelled like urine. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
