Dumser's has been a part of the history of the Ocean City Boardwalk since 1939, selling its famous ice cream treats in stores along the ocean with a steadfast commitment to our customers.
So take a step back in time to an ice cream parlor of the 1940's and enjoy the old-fashioned tin ceilings, high back booths and ice cream counter service.

We ventured here twice during our week long stay. The first night we had food and ice cream. The second visit was just for ice cream. In a town where restaurants frequently try to be more than what they are, this place was exactly what it needed to be. Diner style menu with something for everyone. Simple plates and good food. The burger was simple and good. They served crinkle cut fries that seemed to be oven baked and not fried. My kids had chicken tenders and a hamburger. Both enjoyed their meals. My wife had a salad and she too enjoyed it.
The ice cream was excellent. One of the best I’ve had. Their small sundae is more than enough. Pick any of their ice creams, they give you a generous scope and then add whipped cream and a cherry. Milk shakes are great. Again a generous amount. My wife got soft serve in a waffle cone and it was more than she could finish. The sundaes come in an ice cold metal dish that helps keep the ice cream from rapidly melting.
Prices are fair. 4 meals, 4 drinks, and 4 ice cream desserts was about $75. In this town where everything is way overpriced this spot is excellent for families.

Every year we look forward to getting ice cream from Dumsers on our family beach vacation! We walked here 3 times this week and had a variety of flavors. Every single thing was delicious! 10/10 would recommend! Pictured are coconut chocolate chip, Cookie Monster sundae, banana, cookies and cream and vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles.

Pretty good Ice Cream. LOUD. No prices on the ice cream menu. When you get the bill you can see why! 2 adults, one 5 yr old and one 3 yr old went for ice cream only; the bill was $57 plus tip!
Sunday cups are just big enough to hold the ice cream, leaving VERY little room hit fudge, etc
