Legit to complain a bit about the city charging and requiring proof of rabies vaccination when there are lots of free and open to the public dog parks in my home county in Maryland. Not legit to complain that people with the electronic pass key didn't let you in. The city requirements are to prevent the city from being liable, if someone were to let a strangers dog in then THEY would be liable for everything that dog and owner do. So then there's that awkward moment when the unregistered owner realizes you are NOT holding the gate open for them.
The play area itself was a decent size and very clean and well maintained. The pool is a special attraction.

Great spot. Wide open. Even a pool. The challenge is on weekends it can get overly crowded. Definitely worth a visit with your dog!

Loved the installed turf lawn and dog pool. Very secure place, clean, and all the dogs were nice. We went 2 days in a row. I had just as much fun as my dogs.

⭐️Heads up all dog parks require membership fees, proof of annual vaccination, and some require up-to-date 🐕‍🦺 tax tags🔖. 🤷‍♀️ Keeps the riff-raff out. ⭐️
