Unique Family Restaurant with a separate play area for children. The play area features a pirate ship to climb on while families relax at nearby tables.

Although children friendly, the restaurant satisfies adults with it's late night deejays, spacious deck and tables, an outdoor bar, great live music and a bayfront view. The indoor bar has a plethora of large HD TV's for watching sports.

From amazing wings to fresh salads and seafood, the Dead Freddies Island Grill menu was created with years of experience.

Kid friendly, fast placed restaurant with lots of character. Delicious food, a bit pricey for the portion size. I had to ask for pricing because it wasn’t mentioned on the menu for certain items. Overpriced kid drinks.

The establishment offers a notably limited selection of seating arrangements, a surprising observation given its current low patronage. Upon our arrival and throughout the duration of our visit, we experienced prolonged waiting times, despite apparent lack of busyness. The menu presents items at a premium, surpassing reasonable expectations. My order of a burger failed to include standard accompaniments such as lettuce, tomato, and onion, detracting from the overall dining experience. While the cuisine was satisfactory, it did not achieve excellence. The staff, although amicable, demonstrated a need for enhanced professionalism and training, appearing disinterested despite their affability. Sanitary conditions in the restroom are subpar, necessitating more thorough cleaning procedures. It is advisable to avoid visiting during off-peak seasons due to the compromised level of service.

The only reason I'm taking one star off is because everything is so overpriced because of the restaurant being in a tourist area. Two plates of pasta primavera came to almost $50. Little balls of fried mozzarella were $15! It was good but no plate of pasta or mozzarella stick is that expensive. We live in NJ where everything is expensive, but our family of 4 can eat out in NJ at a similar restaurant, with similar meals, apps and drinks purchased, and still pay much less after tip. Other than that, food and service were fine.
