Excellent experience! We were there in February on a weekday and Don opened for our large group. He was so patient and helped all of the adults and kids choose the best bikes for their size/ability. He even let the kids switch to different kinds of bikes during our time so that they could try several different bikes they had never ridden before. Was very reasonable priced and added so much to our trip! Highly recommend!

This is a great spot of rent out your bikes for the board walk. They had a lot of bikes. I had a family of 15+ and we were all able to get a bike. The gentleman also gave us a extra 15 min.
Customer service was excellent and they workers were very patient and helpful. Gave us a quick rundown oh how to operate the bikes. They also offer $1 waters!!! If you need bike rentals, STOP HERE!!!

Best time. Quality bikes. But best part is plenty of people to help and explain. They were very nice and thanked us a few times. Kids loved it! I did too!! We WILL be back.
