I would rate this establishment one star. Despite this, both receptionists were courteous. The room we occupied exhibited mold growth in the shower, extending along the floor, and the showerhead bore white and green rust, in addition to the shower rack detaching from the wall. Furthermore, the interior of the toilet displayed black and pink streaks within the commode. I requested to speak with the manager, Orlando, who assured me that he confides in his housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and does not believe I am exaggerating. However, I should have raised these concerns the same evening.
In conclusion, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by the establishment.

We stayed this weekend sun-Wednesday. We stayed on 5th floor (511), there was no ants( I’ve seen reviews about ants on the 4th & 5th floor). The pool is much smaller in person fyi. Breakfast was ok turkey products no bacon . Was kinda disappointed with that . The upkeep on the hotel is good though, lots of parking . 20+ minutes traffic filled drive to the board walk 👎🏾. They do not come to clean your room daily during your stay you have to ask for that . Overall 4/5 star

We booked 4 nights. The service was less than acceptable. The room was not serviced from the time we checked in not even supplying the in room coffee service. The ice vendor on the 3rd and 5th floor was not working.
There was four of us to the room and they did not restock the bathroom towels, even after asking twice. We had four people waiting for towels and a reservation for an activity in 1 hour.
DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL NO MATTER THE PRICE OR DISCOUNT. TRULY A LOT OF AGGRAVATION NOT NECESSARY ON VACATION.
