⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Stay!

I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and perfectly thought out. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with those little touches that make you feel truly cared for.

But what really stood out was the breakfast — absolutely incredible. A wide variety of fresh, delicious options, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. And I have to say, Veronica was so kind and helping. The staff made me feel so special, and it honestly felt like the whole morning meal was a celebration.

The service throughout my stay was top-notch: attentive without being intrusive, warm yet professional. Every single member of staff seemed genuinely happy to help, and that energy made my time here unforgettable.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough — not just for its comfort and luxury, but for the way it makes you feel valued. A truly amazing experience.

I was initially planning to leave a decent review, but after several disappointing experiences, I felt it was important to share the full picture.

First, the positives — the location is excellent, and the price was very reasonable, well below my budget, with breakfast included.

Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. When I checked in, the carpet in my room was noticeably dirty. The front desk did send someone to clean it the next day, but the stains were still very visible and should have been addressed before the room was ever assigned to a guest.

The biggest issue, however, was an unauthorized charge on my credit card. After multiple calls and promises of a return call that never came, I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the funds returned. I’m still waiting for a final resolution.

Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. It feels like an old property that’s been given a new exterior but still has serious issues beneath the surface.

This hotel is definitely one of the more affordable options, and we liked that it was away from the busy boardwalk, it made for a quieter, more peaceful stay. The location is convenient with a bus stop nearby, and our room was pretty spacious, which we really appreciated.

That said, cleanliness could use some improvement. We noticed crumbs from previous guests under the couch and near the bed, and the toilet bowl had marks when we arrived. Housekeeping came in to restock towels and toilet paper, but for some reason, they left our trash and dirty towels in the room. The shower curtain was also very thin, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor after every shower. There was also no body wash provided in the bathroom.

Overall, the price and location are good, but a little more attention to cleaning and small details would make a big difference.
