Coconut Malorie Resort

First I want to say the front staff was very friendly. But that's about it. I want to say that this place needs to update their website. They advertised that this had a game room. But the game room had been taken away a while ago, because they're renovating, they need to put that on the website don't have people stay at a place while you're renovating.The library Looked like it was taken off the Titanic and There was no pool ready or hot tub. Even though I know that's seasonal. There was no arcade as advertised and literally nothing for my kids to do. I had to bring my dirty towels and wash clothes down in a basket to the front desk In order to get it exchanged, but then the one girl at the desk Looked at me sideways and said, I shouldn't have had to do that. But I was told to do that by one of the othet staff members, the elevator looked like i was on a episode from doctor who.i wish I could get some of my money back the website was very misleading. The rooms very ok no sink no toaster and the hot water took about a half hour to heat up. Very disappointed, because it was not what was advertised on the website. I'm sorry to have to write this review but I want to be honest.

This place is a dump. Carpets and furniture were stained and smelled bad. I requested a room change. The charged me a cleaning fee because we used the bathroom and used a towel until they changed our room. The new room flooded while taking a shower. We were moved to another room. The room we were moved into was under repair when we arrived. I had to mop the floors with a swiffer bacause it was dirty and had visible dirt and sand. I door dash a Swiffer and other cleaner.

The rooms are completely renewed and spacious, the location is excellent, and the service, especially from the front desk was outstanding. Janice was very attentive to us. I don’t usually leave hotel reviews, but I had an excellent experience
