Staff was great. It's obvious they are a sports family geared establishment. This was our first tournament and experience at this hotel. The rooms we're clean and well maintained. The premise could use a little update but, all in all, was fine. The price was fair for the amenities. Everything, including the restaurant, is geared for families with children. I was appreciative of that. It was a full house but the staff was great at keeping everyone's needs addressed. I would come back. For sure.

Came for an event in two of the conference rooms today. Decent facility for a kids "carnival". The ice skating rink was available to the public as well as guests. My family has been staying here for over 20 years and always aim for the 4th floor atrium rooms to watch the skaters. I have not been in the room since 2018, though they were clean and sufficient.

I'll start with my biggest issue. The bed was terrible. I have never been on a more uncomfortable bed. I hardly slept the 2 nights I stayed here, its as hard as a rock. The rooms weren't dirty but the carpets were old and the couch lookes like it's been through it. If the ice rink is what you want. Stay somewhere else and then come use the rink.
