Carousel Hotel

This hotel was decent, but there were some flaws. The ice rink I skated on was very bumpy; however, it was still worth skating on. The staff was very nice and got anything we needed. The room was okay, but there were some disgusting stains. The pool didn't look very good; it was green and needed some chlorine. The shops were overpriced, unfortunately. Lastly, the beach access is perfect for people who want to get to the beach quickly.

SAVE YOUR MONEY BY NOT COMING TO THIS HOTEL! The rooms was very stinky and dirty, so was the bathroom and the floor. There were many bugs flying around the room and when we call the front desk 2 TIMES, they wouldn’t help us. I went to the front desk and talk with the manager about the bug problem and the room stinkness problem. He didn’t say nothing and he talked to the front desk to send somebody to our room in half an hour to fix the bug problem. Absolutely nobody showed up all the day and the ruined our day because we were waiting for the person to take care of the bugs. We had to buy a bug spray and air freshener and spray to clean stuff. Only the first day the cleaning lady came in and cleaned only the floors and change the bed sheets and bring towels and after that, no cleaning lady showed up the change bed sheets and bring towels and clean the floors and take out the garbage. We went there and asked the front desk, “How come there’s no cleaning lady to clean the room and change the bed sheets?” and the front desk said, “you have to tell us everyday for cleaning lady”. But we stayed to other hotels and everyday the cleaned the room and put new bed sheets and bring towels everyday. Not in the hotel. The pool was great, until something happened. Some brown substance came out the pool and filled almost the entire pool! Everyone had to get evacuated, even people in the Jacuzzi.

Great place, awesome staff and service, all you can wish for! Beach front, huge hotel, food is delicious and people are so helpful, I met many great ones during my stay!
There is an ice-skating ring inside, which usually provides a nice cool breeze in summer and a nice attraction for the afternoon. There are usually ice skating shows as well, which are worth seeing.
The beach is just next door, so not much walking needed. Many restaurants are in the area, within walking distance or with bus, in case you wanna get out of the hotel, even a night club is nearby. Many services for children.
