Cambria Hotel Ocean City - Bayfront

First of all let me start off with the check in the front desk guy was not welcoming at all he seemed like he was not in the mood to work or he just didn't want to be bothered with me. I did not enjoy my stay nor did I enjoy my me. I get to my room I'm on the 7th floor never was told at check in there was a bar above my room that play very loud music from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. how about my whole stay I had to deal with this music bumping against the wall couldn't enjoy my TV did not have any sleep. I had to go to a family member's house one night until the bar above me closed to get some sleep. I did not enjoy my stay nor did I enjoy my room the whole entire time I was here, if you think that you're coming here to rest and relax that's not going to happen and the staff is very rude. I tried talking to a manager name Sarah Kelley about what was going on with my stay she just got never abrupt and rude and try to make me call the bar and saying that they are not responsible for the bar that's attached to the hotel. How are they not responsible for that music bumping and I paid to stay with them. Also chairs sliding across the floor after they close at 11:00 p.m. at night I never got a night to rest at my room. There is no housekeeping available your entire stay as well. At the last minute the evening before my check out they try to offer me a room to move too I'm checking out tomorrow why would I take another room now when I asked for this after dealing with all this or to just check out and leave to another hotel was told no. I email the General Manager Ray twice no response. As long as he got my money why would he care. Horrible customer service for all that money they charge.

I wanted to give the best review for an employee at the front desk if this establishment. Her name is Latasha.
She helped me deliver some birthday goodies to my cousin who was staying at the hotel. She went above and beyond and I am in another state! Latasha deserves a big raise! She was amazing and helped me surprise my cousin on her birthday with some birthday desserts! I want her to know I appreciate her and everything she did to make it possible! Thank you!

Almost everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff were delightful, especially Sarah, who checked us in. The vibe was great, the location and the pool & hot tub were perfect. The only thing that keeps this stay from being a 10 is the light pollution from the lights on the balcony, which have the intensity of floodlights on a football field and are unpleasant for the guests and for those viewing the hotel from a distance but most importantly are disorienting for wildlife.
