Best Western Plus Ocean City

I was especially pleased with the staff first foremost. They all were very friendly, polite and helpful. I go out of town for work a lot and have stayed in many different hotels, this staff was above them all.

The rooms were actually cleaned properly rather than a quick once over.

The staff in the Cafe were just as friendly and professional and the food was on point... and I'm very picky about that.

All in all, I don't have one negative thing to say.

Rooms were very clean, loved that we had a balcony, and it was within walking distance to the beach. It’s not beachfront, and they don’t advertise it to be- so just know that. It is off the main road, but we did not hear nor were bothered by any traffic/noise. Very kid friendly, the pool is small but clean and the water was a great temp considering how cold the beach water was!

We stayed for my daughters cheer competition from 3/21/24-3/25/24 it was one of the more budget friendly hotels on the list from team travel source. I googled the reviews before booking and they were mostly positive. The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. While we were there we visited a friend that had a room with an ocean view at the grand hotel. We thought out hotel was cleaner and nicer than that one.
