Best Western Plus Ocean City

The Best Western Plus is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and beautiful the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The cafe is delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Truly one of the best hotel experiences ever! My husband and I had such a a great experience that we plan on taking our kids this weekend.

Stayed here at the end of July with my partner, where we sadly both got sick. The room was a bit dusty, but the worst part was the AC smelt of mildew. I would not be surprised if there was mold growing in the room, and that’s what caused the illness. We both had the same exact symptoms and I am still not feeling back to normal. The staff was friendly and the location was nice, as we found ourselves walking to the beach a block or two over to the quiet areas. The pool was actually so full of hair and bugs that I actually got out and grabbed the skimmer myself to clean it for the other guests and I after a fellow guest also complained about how filthy it was, saying she did not want to go in because of it. The restaurant downstairs was the best part, good food and great service. It made mornings convenient for a quick breakfast. Really great location if you’re interested in going to Fager’s Island, as well. There is a shuttle that drives within the parking lot that takes you right to the front of Fager’s Island, and it was perfect walking distance back to our room at night.

Surprisingly good sized rooms, great service with people in the waiting room till super late at night downstairs. Beverages and snacks were available for purchase in the lobby. The front desk, people were nice. The random people going in to fix stuff in the rooms were nice. The cleaning people were nice. It was an all around just pleasant experience. Great view from the top floor!
