The front desk team were a great help! Not to mention very kind and inviting. The room was clean and odor free. The hallways can get a bit noisy with the doors slamming but that just comes with staying in hotels… in addition the breakfast and dining area was clean, they do offer a hot and cold breakfast with just the basics eggs and sausage, bread options and yogurt etc. great way to ring in the new year! Thank you to the staff for the party favors!

Stayed here for the first time with family. Great hotel easy check in, friendly staff,and clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Everything is pretty much walking distance near the hotel that you don't really have to drive to. Continental breakfast was good as well your typical eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausage, cereal, tea, and coffee. Also has a little gym to work out in. The only downfall was that there was no pool. The sink wasn't draining, but we notified the staff right away, and they took care of it immediately. There is a pull out sofa bed on one side and then the 2 queen beds on the other side of the room. The staff checked in daily to see if you needed anything for your rooms and always got fresh towels. It's a block away from the beach as well, which is nice.

Stayed here for a real estate conference and I enjoyed it. I didn’t think it would be this tough to find a hotel with a hot tub in OC but there’s not a ton of them and I picked this hotel because it had a personal in room jetted tub which was just… chefs kiss… exactly what I needed. Also it’s really close to the convention center only a 4 minute drive, which when you’re looking to get to continuing education classes, really matters. Staff was super friendly. It was my first time walking into a hotel without booking online and they were able to get me an amazing deal (I think based on what was online). My biggest fear was that they would upcharge me but that wasn’t the case. Breakfast looked great every morning, I only went down for tea so I didn’t eat any of it but I liked the presentation and that it was clean. Overall great hotel, friendly staff, and awesome location
