Beach Walk Hotel

Extremely unprofessional, had to call several numbers. Finally got ahold of someone just to be told “you have to go to 12th street to check in” (mind you nowhere on the listing that says that nor front desk) This same said lady seen us pull in and decided to leave. Awhile having a nasty attitude. Here’s a tip, how about actually have someone there and make it listed that you have to go on a COMPLETELY different street. And hey, the number at the front desk is the same number provided that rings the exact front desk where no one was able to even pick the phone up. Please get some better people skills. In all honesty if you guys didn’t charge for canceling I would’ve canceled.. When we finally got checked in, service was extremely slow. Won’t be returning and ruined our stay here all together. Update, throughout the night since Cindy (the worker I said that has poor customer service skills put us in room 12 in the lobby. To which me and my s/o had people knocking on our doors because they called the number just for it to ring the front desk at the same said hotel that apparently “if you say reception/front desk it’ll ring the one on 12th.”. Which is completely false and other people had the same issue so much so they knocked on our door to ask US for help because they couldn’t check in. To further add, once off the phone Cindy kept trying to ask my boyfriend what my name was multiple times to which he said her name isn’t on the room. Cindy you’re completely unprofessional, please choose a better job!

Okay the service from the front desk was good nothing special to be honest, we did book a smaller room so it was expected. The bed was comfortable however there were blood stains on the pillow cases along with on the corner of the bed, the cleaning lady fixed it quickly after it was mentioned. The bathroom specifically the shower was AWFUL barely enough room to turn around in the shower and the water would not get hot. Just mildly warm definitely seemed to depend on the day for some reason because mid day it would be boiling hot but in the evening or early morning it wouldn't go past luke warm. The room came with a fridge along with a very strict list of rules which was fine just beware no smoking no drinking or roudy behavior understandable for OCMD. However the tv in the room was attached by an arm from the ceiling making it impossible to see… the hotel is on the boardwalk yes but it's about a mile before you get to the side with the attractions/shops overall the price was good for the weekend 3.5/5 might stay there again in a nicer room

It was me my mother and my step father that stayed in this Hotel. From the 8-10th of July(2026). The rooms were great, the shower was quite small but nothing that we couldn't work with. We had a staff member that truly helped us out the day before we checked out with Booking.com and she went above and beyond to help us. She wasn't management but was a front desk staff member. I must say that there was a down turn because their manager was very inconsiderate and nonchalant to our concerns about certain issues and couldn't care less. In my opinion she should not be managing anything but her personality towards others. I was totally turned off about her approach to her guests concerns. Please do better Ms. Manager!!
