Comfort Suites

Rooms and hotel in general were beautiful. Looks very nice for the price. Great location, right next to the outlets. Our room had too many ants to count, from the window all the way to the bathroom ants were all over. Also, the hallways reeked of marijuana. I know that is a bit out of their control, but some sort of permanent air freshener solution would be nice. Staff was polite, breakfast was good.

After reading the reviews, my family and I decided to give this hotel a try (just for a 2 night stay). I had high hopes for this hotel based off some great reviews and the customer service prior to arrival, that was not the case. While the room was very nice and clean, During our stay there were several issues. Upon check in there were only 3 pillows on our bed. I requested an additional 2 pillows due to the bed being super uncomfortable and being pregnant. I was told the hotel didn’t have a bunch of additional pillows but they would see what they could do and I could pick them up on my way back (I had some errands to run). They washed 2 pillows and told me they would be ready in 15-20 minutes when I came back. I came back 30 minutes later after arriving to the hotel and the pillows they gave me were soaked. Apparently their dryer wasn’t working I was told. Second issue, the hotel is dog friendly. Not an issue. I have a service dog since I’m disabled and I tried to walk my dog outside in the grass area which was covered in hundreds of piles of dog poop. I guess the hotel doesn’t require pet owners to pick up their dog’s waste? So gross 🤢. We liked the fact that the hotel had free breakfast until my husband picked up a bagel that had mold on it. Front desk staff seemed like that was the norm and didn’t seemed bothered by it. Upon waking up this morning (day of check out) I smelled a gas/ propane smell in my room and it was even stronger outside. It was nauseating to the point where it gave me such a bad migraine I couldn’t eat breakfast. I went to inform the front desk and the lady acted like she didn’t care. I asked if they had a manager onsite I could talk to? She rudely stated no, the manager isn’t here. I’m like we’ll can you give me their name and phone number.. she had to look up the managers name cause apparently she didn’t know who the hotel manager was and told me she didn’t know the phone number, I could just call the hotel number back later today but she had no idea who or when the manager would be in. How do you not know who the hotel manager is? I also noticed that outside the hotel by the entrance that there was dryer lint all over the side wall and the dryer vent was so clogged nothing was coming out of it. Huge fire issue waiting to happen especially with the smell of gas/ propane present. Again the receptionist seemed like she didn’t care. My family and I will not be staying here ever again and I highly recommend you reconsider before making your reservation to stay here.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. Went to a different hotel first and it was a disaster. They had a room and were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, the room was wonderful, and I don't have a single complaint. Really wonderful stay.
