Ruby Tuesday

We try never to leave negative reviews but tonight’s experience was absolutely awful. The waitress was new so obviously we understand why the service was mediocre. However, the food was completely overpriced and though I hate to sound rude, it was disgusting. As my husband’s guac smash burger was being served, we were told that there wasn’t any guac. But what was even worse, the burger patties were so small that the bun doubled their size. My son’s burger was equally small. My mom and I shared the “crab dip”. The smell was absolutely foul. My mom attempted to take a bite and couldn’t even identify the taste. Needless to say, it was sent back. The waitress did remove it from the bill. The potato skins had zero taste. Other than the fries served with the burgers, we unfortunately don’t have anything positive to say. I have always loved Ruby Tuesday’s and it makes me so sad that it no longer has good food.

We were seated by the curteous wait staff and had our order taken immediately. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. The waitress came by often to see if everything was good, and the manager stopped to ask us about our experience. She was very friendly, and although she has only been there since July, seems to have everything under control. This, inspite of some mechanical problems recently. I have never had an unfavorable experience here and will continue to dine here in the future. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is very comfortable.
