You know, I was really impressed by this experience, especially considering that it was free. The docents were extremely knowledgeable and nice. The gift shop was very cool. I was amazed that this is the most prolific launch site in the US. Also - we were just there on a regular weekday afternoon, and they had all the activities/ exhibits up and running.

Although I only live an hour and a half north of Wallops I'd never been there. The displays at the visitor's center were excellent. Informative and interesting. The outside needs some maintenance though. The landscaping needs to be straightened and the building could use a good power wash.
