Okay the 5 stars was entirely for the room absolutely hilarious fun. The fireplace and the jacuzzi was the most fun! 🔥 unforgettable would totally come back just for that. However on the reverse side. This was the worst service ever. Our AC didn't work we stayed for 3 days and told them immediately and they didn't come to fix it the entire time. That's absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.

Disability Discrimination by Kimberly who claimed to be the General Manager but her behavior didn't match the title. The disabled customer asked the clerk for assistance because there were no luggage carts to transport her medical items, the clerk was on a personal call rolled her eyes and told the disabled customer to wait. The disabled customer waited although she had several medications to take at a specific time. When she realized it had been 20 minutes she asked for help again and Kimberly the so called General Manager told her NO we don't do that here! So the customer said she needed a disability accommodation. The General Manager Kimberly said NO. The disabled customer said she'd go ahead and check out because she smelled mold in her bathroom anyway, which she believed was the reason she was still very ill. The disabled customer was staying at the hotel to escape black mold exposure in her home only to discover the hotel had black mold. The disabled customer had to go to the ER on the second night she was staying at the hotel not knowing the black mold at the hotel elevated her symptoms.

The disabled customer told the hotel desk clerk she smelled mold in her room bathroom. She didn't think it was making her condition worsen, but it was. The disabled customer checked out of the hotel after having to call 911 and go back to the ER. She had planned on checking out of the hotel anyway because of the black mold, which caused her medical conditions to worsen since she has a weakened immune system.

The hotel had other major problems, such as the room lights wouldn't stay on. The room was never cleaned while she was staying there or trash removal. The breakfast was removed 30 minutes early and the pancake machine never worked.

Please DON'T book this hotel. The lady Kimberly lied about being the General Manager and felt as though she could discriminate againt a disabled customer. She felt her personal phone call was more important then helping a customer in desperate need. Kimberly should be terminated for lying, falsifying information, and disability discrimination. The disabled customer was in duress by the time the ambulance arrived. The customer blood pressure was deathly high. The police was called because Kimberly made the disabled customer afraid. After the police arrived the EMS discovered the disabled customer was in critical condition.

How unacceptable is that to tell the hotel clerks you smell mold in your room when you were staying there due to black mold in your home.

****Worse hotel on the strip. Only someone desperate would stay there. Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn are better options and cheaper!!!

The disabled customer plans to sue this hotel for disability discrimination and black mold exposure.

Wyndham use to be a quality hotel. there worst location. Avoid at all cost. Anyone who would hire someone who would lie and refuse to assist someone with disabilities obviously wasn't screened by the staff.

The hotel also has fake reviews because I never saw one house keeper in the building. They never told me they don't provide housekeeping. There was one disabled man there who was vacuuming the hallway. I think they used him to clean the rooms when customers checked out.

Interesting that my bad review was deleted
Well let's try again. Stay away from this hotel. The general manager Scott clearly has no idea of excellent customer service. After one week of constant calling and never receiving a call back from him I sent a complaint directly to HQ and received a call back within 12 hours. Just ridiculous
