Rooms are very clean,thanks to the hard working maintenance and house keeping staff here.We have stayed here multiple times over the last several months and each time our room has been so clean and organized,give those folks a raise!

Josie at the front desk,however has a terrible attitude and came to work multiple days looking unprofessional in Crocs and Sweatpants.Whenever,I had to interact with Josie she made me feel like I was bothering her,really unprofessional and unpleasant to be around or have to interact with her.

Breakfast started out with a quality spread of hot options and sides but now is dismal at best,including weird make your own breakfast sandwich options (that get cold and there's no microwave so..)The options offered are laughable now and shouldn't count as an ammenity imo.

Pool Area & Gym are also nice,except for the Hotel allowing guests to leave spaces dirty,wet and unsanitized after their done.(No sanitizer wipes for weeks in the gym,when asked for.)

Dogs of all behaviors are allowed to stay here, unfortunately.Most folks don't actually have trained service dogs so theirs constantly dog poop and pee on/around the property.

I love this hotel. This would be our 3rd stay here. It’s a great location, affordable, SUPER clean, and the staff are great. I give 3 stars because our experience this weekend was basically ruined. We tried everything we could to spend as little time as possible in our hotel room other than to sleep due to the other guests around us. Our first night here, the people next to us stayed up all night playing loud music, hollering, and smoking. We could smell the smoke in the hallway and knew where it was coming from. After not getting much sleep, we were woken up at 6 am by the same guests… it sounded like they were literally banging on the walls. Our second night sleeping here was just as obnoxious… drunk, loud, and annoying guests across the hall. They were screaming, fighting, and carrying on for what felt like a whole hour if not longer around 1 am. We weren’t the only guests annoyed by those around us on the 5th floor. Both incidents the hotel staff did help us out right away and tried to remedy the issues. They were great and definitely did their part. It sucks that some people have to ruin it for everyone else and don’t know how to behave in a hotel and act right.

My room was extremely clean (aside from some plaster in the shower) and the virtual check in process was super convenient! The view and setting from the hotel was unexpectedly beautiful (at least from my room on the fifth floor facing the bay). The location of the hotel is also excellent and very convenient to cross west over the bay. I will be staying here again if I find myself in OCMD in the future!
