We have used Jay Phillips twice in our purchase and selling of our homes. He is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and is efficient in implementing the details to accomplish a smooth transition.
He even stays while your potential home is being inspected which can take hours.
His friendly no sales pitch demeanor puts us at ease and has won our confidence.
He had to go out of the country during the sale of one of our homes but left the details to his fellow realtor Joan, who is equally qualified and knowledgeable. These two make a great team.

I've been renting from holiday real estate since 1984 and have never had a single problem with either them or their rental units. Check-in is always quick and efficient with polite employees and the apartments we rent are always as advertised. I highly recommend holiday real estate.

We rented a place off of Vrbo in Ocean City Maryland and it was one of the club ocean villas. When we walked into the place it was very clean you smelled the cleaning product. They smelled really good and I really love the privacy of the place. My family enjoyed the outside and indoor pool definitely will be renting from holiday rental next time we come to Ocean City instead of Vrbo😊
