I rented a Ocean City condo 2823 Gull Way via RedAwning, which I believe is under Holiday Real Estate for the Oceans Calling festival - worst experience. Please do not rent this condo.
First, condo did not feel clean, and the master bedroom and downstairs bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. There was even a box of kitty litter in the closet. The place was very run down and did not look like the photos. It had old shaggy carpet which I don't think was cleaned (bc they had a sign on the door requiring guests vacuum before they leave...) And I'm pretty sure I got flea bites on my foot there.
I emailed the condo to let them know of the poor quality--wished I had just booked a hotel but being next to the water looked pretty. Not worth it.

We have used Jay Phillips twice in our purchase and selling of our homes. He is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and is efficient in implementing the details to accomplish a smooth transition.
He even stays while your potential home is being inspected which can take hours.
His friendly no sales pitch demeanor puts us at ease and has won our confidence.
He had to go out of the country during the sale of one of our homes but left the details to his fellow realtor Joan, who is equally qualified and knowledgeable. These two make a great team.

I have dealt with Holiday many times over the last 30years and I have never had any issues with the company itself.Always easy and polite to deal with. Having said that, I understand that the units are privately owned but at some point I think that Holiday should inspect and let the owners know when a unit is not up to standard. I do not mind not having the best furnishings but I do have think the units should be clean and updated.
The unit I rented has an awesome location and beautiful view. But the unit has dirty carpet and furniture, the refrigerator was painted with a paint brush trying to hide rust. The dust in this unit was unbelievable. It looks like it hasn’t been dusted this year. I’m not sure how much the cleaning company gets paid but it’s way too much. It wouldn’t take much to make this a great vacation spot and I would definitely stay again if it gets updated and a whole unit cleaning.
