I have dealt with Holiday many times over the last 30years and I have never had any issues with the company itself.Always easy and polite to deal with. Having said that, I understand that the units are privately owned but at some point I think that Holiday should inspect and let the owners know when a unit is not up to standard. I do not mind not having the best furnishings but I do have think the units should be clean and updated.
The unit I rented has an awesome location and beautiful view. But the unit has dirty carpet and furniture, the refrigerator was painted with a paint brush trying to hide rust. The dust in this unit was unbelievable. It looks like it hasn’t been dusted this year. I’m not sure how much the cleaning company gets paid but it’s way too much. It wouldn’t take much to make this a great vacation spot and I would definitely stay again if it gets updated and a whole unit cleaning.

Condo was beautiful clean and just like the pictures. During our stay the condo had fire alarms tested and didn’t let them know befor hand and we have a son with ptsd from a house fire so this really affected him but the staff at holiday real estate was amazing and at check out even had a little gift basket to give our children. 100% sill book from them again! They have an amazing staff team!

We rented a place off of Vrbo in Ocean City Maryland and it was one of the club ocean villas. When we walked into the place it was very clean you smelled the cleaning product. They smelled really good and I really love the privacy of the place. My family enjoyed the outside and indoor pool definitely will be renting from holiday rental next time we come to Ocean City instead of Vrbo😊
