A Total Disregard for Humanity: Shame on Holiday Real Estate!
I am an elderly woman, and I have never in my life been treated with such callous disregard and utter lack of empathy as I was by the staff at Holiday Real Estate. We drove over three agonizing hours to make our scheduled check-in appointment, and the journey was made significantly worse by a traffic accident we were involved in on the way. We arrived shaken, stressed, and in urgent need of a moment of relief.
After traveling that distance and enduring an accident, my minimal request upon arrival was to use the restroom. The response I received was not just disappointing--it was frankly disgraceful. We were coldly informed that their facilities were "for employees only."
Let me be perfectly clear: We were not casual visitors and have booked with them over the past thirty years. We were clients who had just committed our time and considerable effort to do business with them again. To refuse an elderly client, who had just been in an accident and traveled for hours, access to a basic human necessity is beyond poor customer service; it is a moral failing. It speaks volumes about a company culture that prioritizes a petty, arbitrary rule over compassion and human dignity.
We will absolutely never be using Holiday Real Estate for any real estate needs, ever again. I sincerely wish that no one--not even the cold-hearted individuals who refused my simple request--ever has to experience the level of discomfort, indignity, and urgent need we were left with after being turned away.
They clearly do not understand the meaning of the word 'service.' Steer far, far away from this company.

We rented a condo through Holiday for two nights during the Ocean’s Calling festival. The condo itself was fine for our needs — as the pictures showed, it was dated and could use a refresh, so no surprises there. I’m not sure I’d stay in that particular unit again, but that’s on the owners of the condo.

Holiday, on the other hand, was excellent. Their communication was clear and prompt, and they made both late check-in and early check-out a breeze. Overall, we’d definitely book through Holiday again in the future.

I will NEVER rent with Holiday Real Estate Inc ever again! We had multiple problems with the unit, when we finally got into our unit was outdated and the set up was not as it was pictured in the listing, we were locked out several times during our short stay due to a problem with the key or lock and the toilet was broken. When checking out I was charged an extra fee for having someone come unlock our unit!!! I tried to tell them there's a problem with their key and even offered to show them a video of the problem. The guy at Holiday Real Estate Inc was extremely rude, refused to hear any of our problems and even yelled across the room at me when I asked for a receipt. I had to wait 20 plus minutes and go back inside and ask for the receipt again. Worst stay ever! Absolutely Worst place of business that I've had to deal with.
