We rented a condo through Holiday for two nights during the Ocean’s Calling festival. The condo itself was fine for our needs — as the pictures showed, it was dated and could use a refresh, so no surprises there. I’m not sure I’d stay in that particular unit again, but that’s on the owners of the condo.

Holiday, on the other hand, was excellent. Their communication was clear and prompt, and they made both late check-in and early check-out a breeze. Overall, we’d definitely book through Holiday again in the future.

I will NEVER rent with Holiday Real Estate Inc ever again! We had multiple problems with the unit, when we finally got into our unit was outdated and the set up was not as it was pictured in the listing, we were locked out several times during our short stay due to a problem with the key or lock and the toilet was broken. When checking out I was charged an extra fee for having someone come unlock our unit!!! I tried to tell them there's a problem with their key and even offered to show them a video of the problem. The guy at Holiday Real Estate Inc was extremely rude, refused to hear any of our problems and even yelled across the room at me when I asked for a receipt. I had to wait 20 plus minutes and go back inside and ask for the receipt again. Worst stay ever! Absolutely Worst place of business that I've had to deal with.

Do not rent from this company!! When we checked into a condo, the Virginian 4, we rented from this company, we found a filthy dirty kitchen sink and porch chairs that were so dusty and dirty you couldn't even sit on them. The whole condo smelled very musty and moldy. We complained and they refused to give us any money back on our rental payment. They only offered a 5% discount on our next rental. But there won't be a next time! We were told we could park anywhere behind our building--that there were no assigned spaces. However, after being there only about 20 minutes, a parking Nazi woman knocked on our door and told us we had to move our car. What!?
Will not use this rental company again and will not stay in this rental property again.
