I would not recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay or a week long stay. We checked in on a Tuesday and checked out on a Saturday. During our stay our room was NEVER cleaned. When we arrived our bathroom smelled like urine, the carpet was gross and damp, looked like our pillow cases were never changed, our vent had dust and dirt that blew out of it, our shower looked like it had never been cleaned (had mold and sand stains on the bathroom floor) on top of that our room was never cleaned during our stay! Our towels were never replaced, trash never picked up, bed never made, bathroom was never cleaned. It was gross! We told the front desk they said they would address it but nothing was done while we were there. Other families we were traveling with had the same experience. We thankfully were not in our room much during this trip but when we were it never felt comfortable because of the lack of cleanliness. Fair warning…do not book this hotel!

A quality hotel at an affordable price. Unlike some of the boardwalk hotels further down, we're only a few minutes drive from the inlet. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and it doesn't feel cramped. Could use some improvements (like vent fans in the bathroom and keeping rooms with loud pets more quiet) , but free breakfast is a huge time and money saver in OC!

The room was nice and clean however the latch for the door wouldn't stay in place. (room 427)

Breakfast was minimal at best and the fridge was almost completely empty round 8:30 am when we came down.

Friendly staff, we got in at 2am and did request a late check-out which was granted even though we left the hotel at 9am in search of breakfast because of how sparse the breakfast options looked round 8:30 as mentioned before.

We will notify hotel staff about this today and will be reaching out to customer service support about the stay otherwise
