Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Ocean City, an IHG Hotel

All I have to say is keep up the great work!! The hotel and room was very clean, the entry area was warm, inviting and clean. Most of all I cannot say enough about the staff. They went out of their way to make you feel at home, thank you so much!

One of the best stays I've experienced. Customer experienced on point , room stay on point. Like some hotels/motel you smell the room before you enter. This is a room odorless establishment. My only concern is the bed; the mattress is not very comfortable. I can feel the the box under the mattress. I'm I being picky 🙃.

In general, we have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was not exactly the top of the line. Our room was very disappointing. Old worn out furnishings and carpet. It felt very dirty and unkept. Very high beds which we don’t understand why. The shower curtain in the bath was cheap and the chrome bath fixtures and lamps kwere all old and pitted. TV picture kept fading from “warm to cold” and the channel surfing was very odd and difficult to use. The Staff seemed to ok but not the cream of the crop. The breakfast was pretty good.
My suggestion, look for another hotel in the area that is cleaner and less run down. This place is severely struggling.
