Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront

My husband and I really loved the stay! Their attention to detail is top notch! As soon as we walked into the hotel, it smelled like fruity cocktail😁 and the decor looked modern and clean. It was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at and we didn't want to leave our room. The staff at the restaurant was so friendly and awesome! Thank you, Larry, Jeff and Lauren! You guys rock! We had such a relaxing and wonderful time and we're definitely coming back here.

This is a nice clean hotel. Not top of the line but very comfortable.
The lobby is bright & spacious.

The rooms are clean & the balcony view was beautiful. Nothing like waking up to the daily sunrise over the ocean, with the sound of the waves breaking outside

It's a very pet friendly hotel. There are not a lot of them in OCMD so expect to see dogs. They have 2 small potty areas with bags at each end of the building. A small enclosure for some off leash potty time would be nice. There is a small dog beach at the end of the southern island. The place smelled nice despite the dogs.

The restaurant/ bar was convenient for breakfast & we had a nice dinner there one night as well.
Staff was very accommodating. From Kyle at the front desk to Jennifer who gave the place a friendly feel.

The Hotel was beautiful and clean. We booked a suite, and after checking in and getting to our room we found it was not one. Went down to the front desk again, ( would have been nice if they had warned us right at check in) and was directed to wait for the manager. I guess they overbooked and bumped us. The manager was kind, and able to get it sorted. The 11th floor was out of service due to construction, so she asked if we were okay with that suite, and noise. We were told it be start after 8-9am and they would finish around 4pm. That was totally fine with us. Unfortunately when we got in the room at 6:30pm they were still working and started at 6:30am the next morning. The handle on the toilet was broken when we got in too (would flush as long as you held it in place with force while pushing down) and a number of lamps didn't work. We figured we had been problem guests enough and didn't want to complain any more. All in all it was nice. Wonderful staff, clean property, clean, cute rooms, great bar and bartender... But we left a little let down.
