Flashback Old Time Photos

I have been coming here for photos yearly for over 10 years now and I always walk away satisfied. Yes the staff usually picks out the outfits for you when you tell them the theme, but I have asked for something in a specific color in the past and they are usually able to accommodate. My sister and I always did saloon girls but we have spiced things up a bit and she and her daughter did a boxing theme one year, and when daughter found out mermaids were an option she couldn't have been more excited ( mermaids are life...LOL). Yes the experience can become quite expensive if you have a large group or choose lots of prints. Honestly I think the price is worth the experience. Costumes and accessories are always perfect and the photographers are always amazing about capturing the perfect shot. We will continue to return every year as long as you guys stay in business.

We really enjoyed coming in here to take photos. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole process was fairly quick. It would have been nice to pick out our own costume though. You tell them a style and they pick out a costume in that style but I also understand allowing customers to browse the costumes would delay the process. Overall I am happy with my experience there and the pictures we got.

While staff was mainly friendly and the process moved quickly, the cashier refused to honor coupon clearly stating 1 8x10 or 2 5x7 photos and cashier claimed it was only for additional photos on top of that. Clearly she can't read and she said it didn't matter what she said and gave us a free photo holder instead. Poor customer service.
