Flagship is hands down the best movie theater I’ve ever been to. They were a source of joy for our family during the pandemic and went above and beyond to accommodate our children’s birthday parties. We love the comfortable seating, the rewards program, and the overall experience every time we visit.

The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Neil, who was exceptionally patient and kind, making an already great experience even better. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here.

We’ve made so many wonderful memories at Flagship over the years and look forward to many more. Highly recommend!

I've long loved this theater! The employees are some of the kindest, most helpful people on Earth, which is like finding a Unicorn, Bigfoot and The Loch Ness Monster having a picnic these days. The rewards pile up pretty quick. The seats are always great. I love a nice recliner while watching a crisp, clear picture on a big ole screen. I also like that the seats aren't packed in. You have some room to breathe. The popcorn is always fresh and the self serve sodas have a great selection. If you are a butter fiend, like me, they'll happily fill half your popcorn, let you butter up and then fill the other half. But bring a blanket because they have EXCELLENT AC. 😁

Chairs are comfy. Popcorn is delicious. Relatively clean. But one of the most antiquated projectors I have ever seen. Felt like I was watching a vhs in 1995. Fuzzy, terrible contrast, and so dark. Beach town cinemas are always like this. Staff was very friendly.
