I want to start by saying the location was amazing! Could not ask for a better spot. The people working there were super kind as well… however the rooms smelt awful (not like urine like others said just a really weird smell) but it was pungent. It’s super outdated and the beds were said to be queens but I would say fulls and that’s pushing it… I think they are the original mattress from when they opened their doors back in 50s… they were beyond squeaky and bouncy. I felt like I was on a twin sized water bed all night. The rooms also felt super dirty we did go out and buy disinfectant and we did have a couple of bugs in our room. The walls/doors/tubs were all stained and I’m pretty sure our lamp was from the 50s as it was more rusted than anything I’ve ever seen. With all that said I want to reiterate that the staff were so sweet and the location was incredible (hence the 2 stars). The place just needs to be gutted and all rooms need to be refurbished.

We had 3 rooms booked here and the hotel is very dated which was fine the issue is the place is beyond dirty. All 3 closets had mold on the ceilings all carpets were beyond disgusting. Most the outdoor furniture was broken hallways molded and stunk. Bed linens and pillows all stained. Coffee maker had mold and when the issue was addressed with staff we were informed the Dunkin donuts was up the street. The day we checked in there was food in the elevator in the corner on floor it was still there 2 days later when we checked out.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. after our stay I don’t even have the energy to speak about this hotel any longer. your family deserves so much better. the manager danielle refused to give us a refund, as we could not bare to stay even the first night of the 3 nights we booked. we just wanted to go home. $800 for 3 nights is not even reasonable. this place is absolutely FILTHY and NEEDS demolished! our balcony door would not lock, our beds did not look or smell clean, the pillows were flat and stained yellow and brown, the lamp shade was broken and just balancing on top of the lamp, hand prints on the mirror, the smell was horrendous, and the walls are so thin we heard the people next door having loud sex literally THREE times in the span of 8 hours while our 7 year old was just trying to sleep. absolutely disgusting. our entire family vacation was ruined.
