Comfort Suites

Checked in. Went up to our room. We were there for an hour and I realized I didn't have any service. I tried to connect to the WiFi and it didn't work either... I'm guessing our room (320) was a dead zone. I went to the front desk to request a the WiFi be fixed or for a different room. The front desk lady said she can give us a room on the pet floor, but other than that there were no other rooms available... I asked could we switch rooms the next day and she said possibly, come down before 11am. The front desk lady also said she'll give there WiFi person a call. At some point during the night we got service so we just stayed in the room because we didn't really care about WiFi anymore since we had service. I asked the cleaning lady to clean our room, she said she would, but didn't. I eat hotel breakfast, and the hotel breakfast wasn't good. The lady who serviced the breakfast that area was very nice though and made sure the area was well stocked. The pictures make the hotel look better than it actually is. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again because it was meh. Great location though.

Hotel was fine. Did enjoy jetted tub.

First day breakfast went great the lady working Was stocking and running waffle maker so everything went smooth
The second day we got to breakfast same time. NEVER DID GET A WAFFLE. There was a different lady working and things didn’t go as well. She only stocked things up. If you wanted a waffle plan on standing in line 45 min to an hour. Some people making up to 10 waffles without moving from machine or allowing anyone else to Make a waffle
My recommendation would be to have a sign saying 2 waffles max at a time. Then they can get back in line. Or have 1 machine for 1 waffle people and 1 for multiple waffles.
BE AWARE IF YOU WANT A WAFFLE BETTER GET TO BREAKFAST EARLY

Dog friendly a plus. $35. Rooms very clean exception of ants if you bring food in. Dish network horrible connection. Freezes alot! Game room see pic. Most don't work and when you win you don't get a prize. Maintenance doesn't run the machines. Outsourced. Out of luck. Gym: see pic. One machine works. Enough said. Dog park is not fenced in as pic and most people do not pick up after their dogs. You have to constantly look down. Male Staff is not the friendliest. No good morning, hi, etc. Females very nice. The cleaning crew is friendlier!! They see you, smile, say hi, etc. Loved Maria!! Free Breakfast a plus. Overall the place needs a good upkeep, fix machines and retrain staff on how to handle customers. Area is great. You have all nearby as restaurants, mall, games, beach, etc.
